Bed was made tight with many pillows the bathroom was thoughtfully thought out and was spotless, shower and toilet areas included. ![]() Entry to our corner room was easy and the room was spotless. While we were told to swipe our key card then select our floor, during our stay this was not learned by other guests it seemed as there was confusion many times by guests trying to get to their floor. As we departed the front desk, we entered the elevators nearby. Her directions on where to park, elevators and hotel amenities were right on target. Our check in was great, friendly smile and pleasant greeting by a front desk associate. I am quite familiar with the inner workings of a large hotel such as this. Before I continue, I must add that one of post military retirement jobs for 12 years was a bellman in a 500+ room hotel in downtown Boston. My wife and I stayed at this property from Sunday 4/21 to Friday 4/26.
